About us
Mediation and ADR Services Limited is a UK company providing the Mediate-AI dispute resolution service to consumers and businesses. Our turnover is below the £36 million threshold that would make this statement mandatory under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 — we publish it voluntarily as a statement of values.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain is short and almost entirely digital. It consists of: cloud infrastructure providers (Hetzner), payment processing (Stripe), AI model providers (Anthropic), email delivery (Resend), and software development tooling. We do not source physical goods or use labour-intensive manufacturing. We hold no physical inventory.
Our policies
- We expect our suppliers to comply with applicable employment and human rights laws in the jurisdictions where they operate.
- We will terminate any commercial relationship where we identify modern slavery or human trafficking risks that the supplier is unwilling or unable to remedy.
