Pricing scaled to your case
Per-side fee tiered by CPR track. Small claims start at £69 per side. Above £10k almost every case is solicitor-led on no-win-no-fee — the firm advances the fee as a disbursement, recoverable from the other side on settlement or under a costs order pursuant to CPR Part 44. Referred from a partner platform? A 30% discount is applied automatically when you arrive.
